Pollen 2 (November 2020)

An original 4" by 6" painting on 100% cotton paper. The paper has been aged with a watercolour glaze and then the bumblebee worked on with graphite, watercolour, gouache and I've created the raised pollen dusting with gesso and 24kt gold Leaf.

This little bee painting will be carefully wrapped in glassine paper and acid free tissue then lovingly sealed with a gold wax bee stamp and a hand embellished thank you note.
